Gen 4 was worth the wait. Had the refined look of the gen 2-3, with the wall thickness of the OG. Interior finish is flawless. Shame the FL isn’t a thing anymore - this would have been great in perpetuity.

The FL silencio tip is well made and does exactly what it advertises. I needed a new barrel but my carbon fiber tip just would never shoot ropes for me, so I used an old school 14in freak kit barrel (it shot amazing we won d5 at the cpxl dirty south classic).
After that event I started to do some studying and looked at figures and what not and found that the salencio barrel was really the best choice to go with if you're gonna use FL backs so I bought one and they shoot amazing they have ball on ball accuracy and are much more consistent over the chrono, and have a noticeable sound signature difference.

Best barrel tip I have used! Works exactly how it’s supposed to. The porting keeps water out, makes the marker as quit as it could possibly be, and is impressively accurate. I’d highly recommend getting this barrel tip if your in the market for one!

The functionality of the tip is incredible. However, the finish does scratch easily. I would’ve got the stainless steel model if it wasn’t out of stock. I wasn’t even in a game and I managed to scratch it while cleaning it

Love the barrel. It’s quiet on the receiving end of it and it performs as described. My only complaint will be that mine already came with some nicks. I ordered the silver one and I only had the chance to unpacked it today all though I got it a week ago, and notice that ding/scratch near the logo. I’m a little pickier than most people and that annoys me a bit.

So far so good. Planned on torture testing this weekend, however, fields are shut down. My back yard targets will be abused in light of that situation. Good solid construction, super light, threads in flawlessly and looks pretty bad ass too.

the performance red is almost an EXACT match to the slinger...a definite difference in sound signature compared to the carbon fl tip...does an amazing job at keeping paint and water from creeping into the barrel from the portings

To me barrels are more about looks and this barrel has a unique porting design. Not only does it look sweet it also prohibits liquid intrusion through the porting. My only real gripe is where the skull was placed which is to the right side when tightened onto my barrel. I think they should've placed 5 more or so skulls to create a band of skulls going around. Idk, when you spend this kind of money for and finish means a lot too. I'll prolly put tape over it. Still though, a great barrel. Now stop with the gloss finishes and do more dust! Thank you guys.

I looooove this barrel tip! Noticeably reduced shot spread (like 33%) coming from CP advantage and Dye UL-S barrels. It's confidence inspiring pulling the trigger and knowing where that ball is going. As for the sound signature, the difference is evident standing next to other players firing off test shots before a round. My shots sound much... softer and less intimidating in a way. A couple times I've wondered if enough air pressure was running through and if there was a velocity drop off. Nope! This barrel's motto should be "So quiet you'll think something is wrong." Definitely a sound investment! Pun intended.

Was not expecting it to be as accurate as it was. This barrel is super quiet and accurate. Couldn’t ask for more in a barrel. Thanks for making such an incredible addition to my setup. This barrel tip truly performs as advertised and then some. It actually exceeded my expectations. The results down range were great to say the least, groupings were a little tighter and the sound signature down range is significantly changed and reduced. I had several people at the field comment on how hard it was to pick up on where my shots were coming from.

I was very excited to receive this barrel. While I enjoy the carbon fiber barrel that the CS2 comes with, I am a bigger dude and prefer my gun to have a little bit more weight on the front end. I shot some paint through this barrel the other day and all I can say is dayum! You won't regret buying this beauty. The shot is sooooo clean!

Simply great!
Picked this up as I was never a fan of the echoed sound of the carbon fiber FL tip. The Silencio was a bit heavier than expected but gives a nice balance on the marker. Using it in my LV1, it sound like a nail gun. Really did the job! I found the Lurker v3 barrel and Dye GF/CF were the quietest barrels I tested but this one edges them out. I find that when shooting the marker, it doesn’t sound much different. However on the receiving end it’s almost silent. On my LV1 this past weekend I had a great move up a tape line and took out several folks from the side/behind. Several comments about how they had no idea where the paint was coming from. If you have a FL back, you should give the Silencio a go!
