The Infamous $4,000+ Pro Player Package Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by NFMS LLC, d/b/a Infamous Paintball, 500 N. Mill St, South Lyon, MI 48178 ("Sponsor").
The Giveaway begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, members of Sponsor's sponsored Infamous pro team, Sponsor's authorized dealers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally.
A. Purchase Entry. For every $99.00 spent on infamouspaintball.com during the Giveaway Period, the purchaser receives one (1) entry.
B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in card received earns one (1) entry, the same as one $99 purchase. Limit one card per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 7, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail.
Entry Limit. There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Use of multiple identities or email addresses to obtain entries, or any automated or fraudulent means, will void all of that person's entries.
One (1) Grand Prize, the "Pro Player Package": an Infamous gear bag stocked with paintball equipment and apparel, including:
Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $4500. Apparel and equipment sizes and colors will be coordinated with the winner, subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value. No cash alternative or other substitution is available to the winner, and the prize is not transferable. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. The prize will be shipped only to an address in the United States.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 10, 2026, conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about December 10–11, 2026. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of first notification and return any required declaration of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) publicity release within five (5) days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return the required documents, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to ship the prize before December 24, 2026 if the winner responds promptly; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or who violates these Official Rules. If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot run as planned, including due to fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Planet Eclipse or any other third party.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Paintball equipment should be used only with proper eye and face protection and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws.
Information collected from entrants is used to administer this Giveaway and is otherwise subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering does not subscribe you to Infamous marketing emails or text messages unless you separately opt in.
